I deeply value the Christ-centered community and the way the classical model shapes both the mind and the heart. For me, there is no greater professional privilege than watching students discover the beauty of the Western Canon and the depth of their own faith.
- Began teaching in 2007, joined DA in 2013
- Passionate about introducing students to the Great Works of literature and bringing stories to life through the theatre program
- Originally from Chicago, but consider myself a Kentucky gal!
- B.A. in English and Theatre, M.A. in Secondary Education from University of Kentucky
- IB and AP Trained
- Five years of experience teaching English, theatre, film studies, and ACT prep in public high schools
- Transitioned into Senior Director role in 2022 to further support the school’s mission
- Parent of several children who attend DA, being a wife and a mom is my greatest blessing!
